How the Phase 1 website handles information.

This notice describes the approved Phase 1 website design. The booking form validates the request in the visitor's browser and prepares the WhatsApp handoff described below.

A booking request is not a confirmed reservation. Luna Lanka must review the request and follow up directly before a session is confirmed.

The booking form asks for information needed to understand and respond to a surf lesson request:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone or WhatsApp number
• Preferred location
• Lesson type
• Preferred date and time
• Number of participants
• Surf skill level
• Additional notes

If you use a configured phone, email, WhatsApp or social link on the Contact page, you may also choose to provide information directly through that external communication service. The website does not provide a separate contact form.

1. The visitor completes the booking form.
2. The form is validated in the visitor's browser.
3. The website prepares a booking summary and a WhatsApp click-to-chat link.
4. The visitor chooses whether to select “Continue on WhatsApp.”
5. WhatsApp opens with the prepared message, and the visitor must manually send it.

Phase 1 does not send booking-request information to a Luna Lanka project database or project booking API. It also does not use the WhatsApp Cloud API to send a message automatically.

Continuing is the visitor's choice. The prepared message is not sent to Luna Lanka until the visitor uses WhatsApp to send it. When WhatsApp opens, the visitor leaves the Luna Lanka website or moves into the WhatsApp app. WhatsApp then handles the interaction under its own terms and privacy practices.

Location pages may display a standard embedded Google Map after Luna Lanka's meeting points are confirmed. When an embedded map is displayed or a visitor follows a Google Maps directions link, the visitor interacts with Google's service and Google's own privacy practices apply.

The production website is intended to be hosted on Vercel. Visiting the website therefore involves Vercel's hosting and page-delivery infrastructure. Vercel describes its own privacy practices in its privacy notice.

No analytics service or visitor-tracking tool is currently implemented in this project. This notice should be updated before any analytics service is introduced.

A dedicated privacy-enquiry contact has not yet been confirmed. Until the business finalizes that information, visitors can use the Contact page to find the currently configured communication methods.
